PneumoTherm

PneumoTherm - System for the heating, cooling and drying of fluidizable products in a batch process. Suitable for small batch capacities, approx. 0.5 t/h to 3 t/h, and available in various standard sizes.

Reimelt has delivered over 50 systems world-wide for the temperature regulation of products.

PneumoTherm Conti
The PneumoTherm Conti was developed in order to provide the raw materials
with the optimum temperature for continously operating processes. Thus, with
maximum efficiency an optimum product is achieved. PneumoTherm Conti is
a further development of the proven Reimelt process, i.e. the “batch-wise
temperature control system in the fluidizing zone”.

The decisive advantages of the PneumoTherm Conti:
Requires less energy, while providing the same mass through-put
Reduction of costs
Throughput of up to 5t/h at a temperature change of 20° K (dependent on product
