The Wback facilities are counted among the
most modern, fully-automated production
plants for Hamburger Buns in Europe. At the
newest facility in Leipheim, 50,000 buns per
hour are produced in a 2 shift operation.

applications in the food industry. Powder mixes, such as cream powder, baking mixes and cream stiffening agent are produced in the Darmstadt factory. “The quality assurance of our high quality products starts with the selection of the finest raw materials,” said Production Manager, Stefan Erlewein.

SweetTec GmbH produces a large variety
with the widest selection of tastes, recipes,
colors and shapes.
Dough production for baguettes and rolls around the clock
Bread rolls with an excellent quality, around the clock. This was the target for our frozen bread roll line. Our target was reached with the Reimelt Codos®System according to Peter Ritzer, Project manager in the Lüdersdorf production facility.
5,200 kg dough/hour is continuously produced with a constant and reproducible quality. 1.3 Million bread rolls leave the factory daily. The Codos®System’s performance had us convinced.
Continuous dough production in the “pretzel capital” Reutlingen
The Reimelt Codos®System is just the right system where pretzels and buns are produced around the clock, according to operations manager Heribert Götz from Bäckerbub GmbH.
